This project is located near a comprehensive stadium in the city center. The client plans to host a week-long corporate showcase and networking event, including new product demonstrations, outdoor meetings, and small exhibitions. Due to the public nature of the venue and limited usage time, the client needs to set up and dismantle the event space within a very short period.

To meet the event’s requirements for safety, professional image, and flexible layout, Gaxtent provided the client with the Portable ABS Wall Event Tent as a complete solution.

Client Needs

1. Very tight setup time, only one week for the event

The client’s event period is very short, with very limited time allotted for setup. They want the tent to be set up within one day and dismantled quickly after the event, without affecting venue restoration.

2. Must be adaptable to urban outdoor weather

The event site is near a stadium, where the wind is stronger than in typical urban areas, and there is a possibility of sudden light rain during the event. Therefore, the client wants the tent to be wind-resistant, leak-proof, and able to withstand long-term outdoor use. In short, it needs to be stable, wind-resistant, sun-resistant, and rain-resistant.

3. The tent should have a corporate presentation feel

Because it’s a corporate event, the client wants the tent to look professional and leave a good impression on visitors. Specifically, they want the tent to:

* have a clean, neat, and modern appearance

* be able to accommodate lighting, display racks, and a small meeting area

* have transparent windows to make the space brighter and more open

* be both practical and aesthetically pleasing.

4. The tent will be reusable in the future.

After this event, the client plans to hold similar events in other cities, so they want the tent to:

* be disassembled and reassembled for use in different venues

* have a modular structure for easy transport

* have dimensions that can be adjusted for different venues

In other words, they want it not only to be useful this time but also to be usable in the future.

Solución Gaxtent

Based on the client’s event format and venue environment, we selected the Portable ABS Wall Event Tent as the overall solution. It uses a sturdy ABS hard wall combined with a lightweight aluminum alloy frame, resulting in a clean and simple look that perfectly matches the professional image of a corporate event. To enhance natural light and visual appeal, we also incorporated transparent windows and glass doors into this project, making the entire exhibition area more open and modern.

Rapid Setup: Ready for Use on the Same Day

Due to the client’s tight schedule, we employed a modular construction method on-site. All wall panels and structural components feature a quick-connect design, allowing the tent to be used on the same day from start to finish in just 4-6 hours. Dismantling was equally convenient after the event, requiring only approximately 3 hours for complete removal, saving the client significant time and costs.

The event site was located near a stadium, with irregular terrain and the need to divide the area into multiple functional zones. The client was very satisfied with the overall performance of this project, particularly praising the tent’s setup time of only half a day from delivery to completion, and its stability and reliability even in strong winds during the event.
