Due to poor building planning and canopy setup, the client’s previous indoor soccer halls was overwhelmed by heavy snowfall and eventually collapsed. To solve this problem, they approached us for a complete design and construction solution. We designed a customized tent solution for this purpose that completely solved the previous problem. Our revolutionary design not only emphasizes a sturdy engineered structure, but also uses weather-resistant materials to ensure the reliability and longevity of an indoor soccer halls. The goal of the project was clear: to create a strong and durable snow-resistant structure by using a thicker and wider frame. Through this series of improvements, we have not only achieved a structurally sound and environmentally friendly structure, but also provided our client with a more functional indoor soccer halls.

We faced some notable challenges during this reconstruction project. Firstly, the reinforced frame required accurate data to ensure that the most effective technical reinforcement method was used. To do this, the client needed to provide up-to-date wind and snow load data for the application site so that we could perform accurate structural analysis and design. For this project, we used the Galaxy TFS range of tents with their unique curved roof design, combined with customized dimensions and a range of ancillary facilities to create a fully functional indoor space. The tent structure uses an enforced hard pressed aluminum frame to ensure overall sturdiness and durability. The cladding material of choice is a waterproof, double-coated PVC fabric, which, combined with Galaxy’s tensioned fabric construction system, provides the tent with superior waterproofing and wind resistance.

To enhance the user experience and environmental comfort, LED lights linked to an intelligent control system were installed for an energy efficient lighting solution. Rainwater is efficiently discharged through a well-designed gutter system, preventing water from accumulating and damaging the structure. In addition, we added ridge ventilators to ensure internal air circulation and maintain good air quality. The automatic window opening system further enhances the ventilation effect while making it easy for users to make adjustments as needed.

For the wall and door design, we chose dark green ABS wall panels, which are not only aesthetically pleasing, but also have good weather resistance and thermal insulation properties. Roller shutter doors were installed to provide convenient access control, making entry and exit more flexible and efficient. Through these innovative designs and the use of high quality materials, we have successfully created an aesthetically pleasing and functional indoor soccer halls that provides users with a safe and comfortable playing environment, and at the same time demonstrates our expertise and innovation.
