This client needed to quickly construct a temporary warehouse for raw materials and semi-finished products. Due to the tight production schedule, the client required the tent to not only provide excellent wind and rain protection, but also meet fire and ventilation standards to ensure material safety and quality even in hot weather.

Meeting the client’s core requirements for quick construction, safety and stability, moisture and sun protection, and scalability, Gaxtent provides an efficient and reliable warehouse tent system solution. This project selected an A-frame tent with specifications of 20m span, 40m length, and 5m side height.

The total coverage area is approximately 800 square meters (approximately 8,600 square feet), easily accommodating hundreds of tons of plastic raw materials, metal parts, and production turnover materials.

This size combines space efficiency with structural stability, making it an ideal storage solution for medium- to large-scale factories.

Tent Frame Structure

• Material: The main structure utilizes T6061/T6 aircraft-grade high-strength aluminum alloy, coupled with a hot-dip galvanized steel base. This is corrosion-resistant and fatigue-resistant, with a designed service life of over 15 years.
• Wind Resistance: It can withstand wind speeds of 120 km/h (approximately force 10), meeting safety standards for use in coastal and high-wind areas.
• Quick Installation: The modular aluminum frame structure can be installed within two weeks, eliminating the need for large lifting equipment, ensuring efficient construction without disrupting factory production. Tarpaulin Material Selection
• Roof: 850g/m² double-layer PVC coated fabric, waterproof, UV-resistant, and flame-retardant (B1/M2), suitable for long-term industrial storage environments.
• Sidewalls: 650g/m² PVC tarpaulin with transparent windows provides both natural lighting and protection.
• Color: Customizable in a high-reflective white to suit the customer’s corporate image, effectively increasing interior brightness and reducing lighting energy consumption.

Functional Design

• Ground Fixing System: A dual fixing system of anchor bolts and expansion screws is suitable for concrete floors, ensuring structural stability.
• Ventilation and Lighting: A PVC skylight strip and side windows on the roof, combined with industrial exhaust fans, provide air circulation and heat dissipation.
• Drainage System: A built-in gutter-style drainage structure effectively prevents rainwater accumulation and protects stored materials.
• Scalability: Modular units can be quickly extended or shortened based on production capacity needs, reducing reinvestment costs.
